I had the opportunity to Request a AC replacement with FOX Services. I have a fantastic experience with Matt Walker. He is the best sales Rep ever. I got a great deal and extraordinary equipment. He brought in the super-humans Manuel Gonzales and Julius Rivera who did the AC installation. The level of knowledge and skills of Manuel and Julio are a 10+. They installed an out of this world Lennox XP20 equipment. What a great team. I am absolutely pleased with their work. I highly recommend Fox Services and their technicians.

Had an a/c issue and the a/c tech found it to be an electrical issue, so Fox was called since they're a sister company. Good thing is they didn't charge an additional flat fee for coming out. More stars for coming on time, being courteous, etc. The 2 lost stars are for the cost. The problem was a broken wall switch in the attic, and that was it. Replacing that switch cost $160. I know things have gotten expensive but this seemed beyond reason.

Wow. Called and asked if I need to reschedule because I had airbnb tenants in until 2p. They said no, they will stop by after. Of course, they showed up at 1p and got turned away. Then proceeded to charge me 49 dollars.not to mention it was supposed to be 39. Then when I called, no refund issued. Unbelievably bad.
