No way I will call them again they came they looked at the mess they made and left saying they will not charge us for the house call and that there company has grown to big to do warrantee work!

Two hose bibs replaced over the last year, and both started leaking almost immediately. They definitely came (or are coming) to fix the work, but it's frustrating. It's beyond my skill set, but a hose bib seems like it should be fairly easy for a plumber. *edited to add that the people answering the phones are always polite and professional. They came and said the second hose bib is supposed to leak because of a pressure valve or something but it still doesn't seem right. I'm having a different plumber take a look at it.

Engaged to install a shower valve but it was done incorrectly. The company refused to admit it was their mistake, fix the issue, or refund the money paid for an incorrectly done job. Communication was initially responsive, but became increasingly difficult when the company's "solution" was for us to contract them for another $4000+ to fix the issue they created. Absolutely would NOT do business with them ever again.

All American Home Service is a life saver! The front office staff Bree was awesome! We had frozen pipes under our home and had been without water for 5 days. We used a different company initially. That company came and fixed one pipe, turned the water on and just left. My husband went underneath the house to find water flooded all over and we still had several broken pipes. I called All American and they were able to prioritize us.
They had someone out the next morning. The plummer with All American that came out was timely, thorough and professional. He mended all the broken pipes and ensured there were no more leaks. I would highly reccomend All American! Excellent service!
