Though I was skeptical at first that they would give good professional service for the price of the agreement, I must admit that to date, I have been pleased with the service and the professionals they send out. Showed up on time but quickly determined that I needed a new AC system because my compressor was dying and put me in touch with a salesman. I got a second opinion from a different company and was told nothing was wrong with my compressor and a week later is still working. Time will tell.

The work was done quickly and the technician was courteous, however, it only took about twenty minutes for him to fix the problem and the bill was $254, not counting the part he had to replace. I wondered if he had to go to Medical School for a minute, but I guess not. Doctors don't charge that much. Service: Repair HVAC

Years ago United Heating and Air came to our rescue after bad experiences with other companies. They have been wonderful to us for almost 10 years now. We had them replace our ac and they have done maintenance on it every year since. Everyone is professional and wonderful to talk to. Service: A/C system repair
