Personally, I do not recommend this company. I am very disappointed with the result of their service since I hired the service of their camera to know what was the reason why my drain was often clogged. I wanted to know if the tube had collapsed, was it broken or had roots, but the only result was that I knew that it was clogged and the exact point, where it was located something that I already knew so I paid 526 dlls. for nothing and I also lost five hours from my job. since in one day I lost two hours and in another day I lost three hours

I wish I could say it was a good experience. But, they don't give you an appointment time, and with a job that is hard to do. I then explained this to them, that I work an hour from home and just getting a call when they are available didn't work for me. She did understand that and then was able to schedule me a time. After taking time off of work and waiting, I had to call when they were over an hour late.

I was informed the plumber had decided that he was taking other jobs in the morning and I would be in the afternoon. I found this to be very unprofessional as we had an agreed upon time and I had taken time off work, I was not even given the curtesy of a call to tell me the about the change. She was very apologetic, but I said that was disappointing and would find another plumber. She asked if I was sure because she knew all plumbers were busy and short staffed. I called another plumber and they were here within the hour. It is nice when a business realizes your time is just as valuable as theirs.

Leak in gas log line that went through wall. Carroll and Corey spent the time to find it and now we can use our fireplace. Very personable, efficient and a minimum of mess. Would definitely use them again. Thanks guys!
