Our office had quite a few trip hazards on our sidewalk due to the concrete settling after many years. JRC gave us a fair price and took care of the issues with their concrete injection process. Quick and no mess. Thanks to Kyle and Sam for the great work and our safe sidewalk!

I'm wondering if it is professional and normal for your companies supervisors to harass their employees and spend hours playing on their phones all the while collecting a pay check. I am at your location right this second with a "supervisor " harassing my husband after he fired him because he refused to do a salesman's job for him making sales related cold calls and going door to door.

This lack of empathy toward families and their employees is sickening. I am very sick and have multiple very expensive medical appointments and prescriptions that I will no longer be able to afford because we are now with no insurance and no pay check for the soul provider of our family. Way to go JRC. You are "top notch".

I cant say much for the company, but the people that drive their vehicles are ignorant self centered and don't care to obey traffic laws. Wish i had gotten the license plate of the individual that went around everyone and cut infront of semi trucks. If the people in the field represent the company, might ask some serious questions before you hire them.

I was hired for 3 months only, . Kelly West made it surting that I was aware. It was temporary work untill they finished the HUD leaving development in the ocean front. In the other hand, all of your tools you need them with you at all the time, because there are some employees with sticki hands they borrow and forget to return! The pay was good,

Driving home from Richmond coming from work when I saw a white truck flying going atleast 110 mph in a 70 while it is pouring rain to cut everyone off and weave through traffic. Absolute unsafe driving and would not recommend using a company who cannot even present themselves positively on the roadways. I gave the company a call and the woman who answered the phone did seem very concerned and assured me it would be handled. Absolute reckless driving in a company vehicle. I usually do not take action to call and complain or write a review but this was so dangerous I had to let the company know.

I just got off of work at 7am May 6th, 2020. I am driving down Warwick Blvd. in Newport News and I see a van flying up to me. He serves over to a lane that ends just so he can try to pass me. He had to of been doing 50-60 in a 35 mph zone. He ended up getting behind me and getting over another lane. Never used his blinker and is still flying. About a mile down the road he flies up on another vehicle and starts to tailgate them.

The street is wet since its been raining all night and there's no way he had enough room to stop. We all get stopped at a red light and your driver just blows right through it turning left off of Warwick. I think he turned on to Main Street. This is very unprofessional and reckless. Just because of this, ill make sure I never use this company

To me, JRC's values and principles are based upon family. My initial greeting with Kelly West was one of the most genuine, professional encounters I have experienced in the HVAC/Mechanical industry. If you are privileged to have the opportunity, stop in and see for yourself. I'm confident you will feel the same gratitude.
