This is the second time we have used Aaron Swift. Once to dig up our sewer 12 years ago in Sterling Heights and today to snake out our sewer in Romeo. Darn Romeo old trees and roots. Lol! My family found ourselves with a broken shutoff valve on the street side our our water main on a Sunday. The plumber, Brandon, explained to us over the phone how we needed the city DPW to come shut off the water from the outside. He was then available promptly and able to coordinate availability with the DPW employee. Despite the unpleasant circumstances we were in, Brandon was great and made sure we were taken care of so that we could have water again! Great service all around!

We are in the process of moving into our new home, and discovered that the drains in both showers were corroded. Needed to be ripped out and a whole new assembly installed. This was essientially holding us up on moving in. I placed a phone call yesterday afternoon and the tech was over first thing in the morning today. Long story short, they got us up and running while other plumbing services were either overpriced or quoting month or longer long lead times. Pricing was extremely fair and the service from dispatch and the technician were responsive, courteous, and professional. I will be using A.S Plumbing for all my needs. I strongly recommend this company to anyone in need of service.

We have been very grateful for Swift plumbing and their promptness in responding when we have needed them. They have helped us with snaking the lines and replacing an outdoor water spigot. Both times they were courteous and professional, explained what was needed and why they were doing what they were doing. Will not hesitate to call them back out the next time a need arises.

Update: Another reason to go with Aaron Swift Plumbing. Apparently I over paid my bill by $100 so they sent me a check. Now that is honesty. I would have never known. They are now my plumber for life. This is the 3rd time we've had Aaron Swift out for different plumbing needs. Each time I've been quite impressed with their service and professionalism. Phil was fantastic. He went out of his way to meet sure everything worked and even made some suggestions to improve the work. I'll absolutely use them again.
