Trenchless Pipe Lining
This minimally invasive solution repairs damaged pipes from within using epoxy-coated liners. Ideal for sewer and water lines, it avoids excavation while extending pipe lifespan by decades. Our Nu Flow process includes camera inspection, pipe cleaning, and structural reinforcement for lasting results.

We service traditional tank and tankless water heating systems with repairs, replacements, and installations. Our experts diagnose efficiency issues and recommend cost-effective solutions. Emergency services restore hot water access while ensuring safety and code compliance during installations.
Drain Cleaning
Professional drain cleaning prevents clogs and maintains proper flow using high-pressure jetting and camera diagnostics. We address root intrusion, grease buildup, and other blockages while identifying underlying issues. Regular maintenance prevents emergency situations and extends system longevity.

Advanced camera technology identifies sewer line issues without excavation. We diagnose cracks, root intrusion, and blockages with real-time video feedback. This precision approach enables targeted repairs and prevents unnecessary digging while providing clear documentation of pipe conditions.

Brandon is the most professional, courteous, thoughtful and honest person. So, refreshing to find an honest plumbing service that values customer service over inflating cost. He came on time with apprentice Dan who was just as professional and thorough. HIGHLY recommend and will never use another plumbing service again. THANK YOU SO MUCH BRANDON & DAN!

We called Perry Plumbing & Pipelining, they were able to schedule us the next day. We needed our outside bbq area water heater replaced, etc. They were able to see what they needed and Brandon and Cameron came out to my property the next morning to make the repairs. They were very professional and courteous. Their manners were top notch. They told me everything that they were doing each step of the way. They cleaned up the area that they were working in. I highly recommend Perry Plumbing & Pipelining. Great job Brandon and Cameron!

I manage a shopping center and had a backflow explode, shutting down a restaurant on a busy Saturday. They were out to assess, went and got a new backflow and had it installed within about 3-4 hours. Good communication along the way. Fair pricing. Solid outfit.

I had Brandon and his apprentice Sergei come fix an urgent pipe repair for my shower. They were both very professional and efficient with their time. I also work from home and they were both really respectful and were able to keep noise to a minimum while I was on the phone. I definitely would recommend them. Super easy to work with. Service: Plumbing pipe repair

Trevor is our Tech. He was on time (big deal to me). Trevor seemed very knowledgeable and was able to diagnose a potential slab leak. He took the time to explain the procedure and time frame. Trevor also dealt with the property managers getting them to agree to the "proper" repairs. I would do business with Perry's in the future due to my interaction with Trevor.

Used Perry Plumbing to line pipes for us in a restaurant and they did a great job. Brandon was very knowledgeable of the lining process and ensured that the job was done well. Technicians that completed the work were great and very professional. They ensured the job was done without interfering with our regular business hours and dealt great with a few "curve balls" that were through at them. Company went out of their way to service all the way in LA despite being here in San Diego area. Brandon even went out of his way to drive from San Diego to LA, after hours, to ensure the job was completed by the deadline promised. I'm very happy with the work performed and would recommend to anyone looking for pipelining.
