John's early plumbing career started in 1971 on a part-time basis with Caprell's Plumbing and Heating. Six years later, John began to work full-time for Caprell's Plumbing and Heating until he became employed by E. M. Green Plumbing Repair. By 1980, John had become part owner of E. M. Green Plumbing Repair and two years later bought the rest of the business and started John Wade Plumbing Repair.
