BEWARE! HORRIBLE experience. Plumber broke the new $900 faucet when installing, never offered to reimburse, came with wrong equipment and asked me (?!) to find him a hardware store nearby so he could purchase missing parts. Then he charged me for his time and labor to go to the store to find extra parts. Company charged me for travel time and distance from prior job/home in upstate CT to my house even thought I had a pre-schedule appointment and live next door to Greenwich.

I called to discuss. Receptionist rude and dismissive hung up on me. Asked for owner to call and discuss. Despite repeated messages to have him call me, he never responded. Extremely unprofessional, rude and unresponsive. To do such damage and then charge $800 is HORRIBLE! And then I had to buy new faucet. Shocked at the lack of customer service and care.

Eddie and DJ were great! Eddie has worked at our house before and we have always found him to be extremely professional and very knowledgeable and helpful. He helped diagnose a complicated problem and worked efficiently to help us address it. Highly recommend!
