I called on Monday late afternoon and got scheduled 8-10am the next morning, super accommodating to me! Denny or Dennis came out and fixed my clogged kitchen drain less than 10 mins, and he cleaned the surface, tightened everything, test ran the water, everything was smooth and super! Plus the price is affordable, will definitely use JS again. :

I called and spoke to a nice man who let me know I would be able to have service same day. An associate came out within 2 hours of me calling. He diagnosed the issue and worked super hard until my clog was cleared. He also cleaned up after the mess. I would recommend this business to everyone. Payment was easy and I received a receipt right away.

We had a major block and were told that we possibly needed house trap removed costing 10k. JS sent such an honest lovely guy who came and with some hard work was able to unblock our mainline. He made sure before he left that the water was flowing properly(which wasn't done by 2 other companies!). He was kind and patient and my family are forever grateful! Edited to add :the price the gentleman quoted was the ACTUAL price in the end. Unheard of!

Just had the absolute WORST experience with this company and will probably never recommend them to anyone in the future. The plumber who showed up was so rude to my husband it was unreal and went as far to tell him to "spit it out" because he wasn't explaining what was wrong with our faucet fast enough. Completely unprofessional and I'm utterly disgusted at the lack of patience. Wish I knew his name. 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND. Safe to say he left very promptly and I don't wish for a return.

I found John's Sewer and Drain Cleaning through a plumbing contractor. My bath tub was backed up from a clogged drain pipe. I called first thing in the morning, and they sent out a technician around noontime. They were in and out within 30 minutes. The technician was very professional, friendly, and informative. Also, I learnt that they have 24 hr service, which I didn't know. I'm so glad I found them. I would recommend them to everyone I know. Thank you!

I could not have asked for a better experience than I had with Ronnie and the crew at John Sewer. My kitchen sink drain was clogged and the condo management company for my building sent a "handy man" who not only could not unclog the drain, he loosened the pipes under my sink causing them to leak. I called John Sewer and the dispatcher was easy to deal with and sent Ronnie who was prompt, professional and courteous in quickly clearing the clog (rather deep in the pipe, so not trivial) and tightening the joints in the PVC piping joints under my kitchen sink so they no longer leaked.

John's Sewer and Drain Cleaning My wife and I own a small Bed and Breakfast in Rockport and had a main sewer line backup late last week. Our first call was to a "Rooter" company that attempted to unclog the pipe and then left with our check and "no guarantees." As you can imagine, the next day the pipe backed up again and I had no intention of calling them back. So, after doing additional research, we emailed John's Sewer and Drain Cleaning about our issue.

Within a few minutes, we received a reply from Shanna (VP of Operations.) She was professional and quite informative in answering all of our initial questions and then a few more. Before contracting them to do the job, we called and spoke with Shanna who reassured us that one of their experienced technicians would do their best to solve our problem. Sean (Technician) arrived within the hour and worked diligently to free the clog.

I was amazed at his level of perseverance and the variety of "tools" and "know-how" he used to solve our problem. My only regret is that I didn't call John's Sewer and Drain Cleaning first. I'll be highly recommending them to friends and fellow members of the Inns of Rockport.

I had a clogged drain pipe and few weeks ago I called Rapid Flow from Revere they came, two fast talking techs who could barely bend down to use their equipment they fixed it. Cost $ 375.00. 10 days later same issue so I decided to contact Johns Sewer and a Technician name Lawrence came, polite, friendly and right exactly at the time that was promised and resolved the issue for $275.00 I highly recommend John's Sewer in particular Lawrence who I would consider an asset to the company due to his demeanor and his craftsmanship since I am a builder and seen these types of hackers as Rapid Flow or any other type of services and construction that I have been involved in.

Prompt service - arrived within hour of making phone call. The clogged drain of my set tub was cleared within half hour. This is the second time using their service in the past three years. I did keep a receipt from before and that is how I knew who to call. Service: Unclog drain

I used their service to open a clogged storm drain in my driveway yesterday. They responded immediately, and their technicians showed up within 2-3 hours, exactly as they promised. They were transparent about the price (reasonably affordable). When they figured out they need to water jet rather than snake the drain, they immediately coordinated and provided information about the updated cost.

The second technical showed on time and did a professional job, identifying and solving the problem. All were very courteous and professional. Exactly what you would expect! Highly recommended.

When I called to make the appointment I mentioned I had 2 large dogs and asked that they not send someone who is afraid of dogs. The gentleman who took care of my sink was quick and wonderful with my dogs. He also gave some tips on how to keep the drain clean. John's Sewer & Pipe Cleaning sets a high standard. I dealt with 2 other companies before they were referred to me and working with them was nothing short of a relief. The plumber who came to my house, Derek, was SO respectful and professional. He put down proper protective gear, explained to me what he was doing and came on time/called ahead of his arrival.

He was such a stand up guy and represented the company so incredibly well. Brian was very courteous when I called just before 9AM. Andrew was at the door by 10AM. He did a clean and thorough job, in only 30 minutes! I am over 70 and have never had such great service for any house call! The job was a 25 foot drain pipe with 2 - 90 degree bends and an air vent to contend with, and not much room under the sink. Excellent service. Excellent price.
