After our A/C unit died on one of the hottest days of the year and calling a competing company and getting the run-around, we called Allied. We got a live operator who forwarded our information to a tech who called us back within 5 minutes. He forwarded our information to the office for a work order to be completed the next day due to safety protocols. Our technician, Larry, was on time and extremely professional.
He understood our problem and explained it to us completely. His attention to detail and ability to explain what had happened made us feel comfortable and confident in authorizing the repair. Allied has earned our trust and we will continue to use them for any needs, plumbing, heating or air.

I would give ZERO STARS if I could. They were not professional at all. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy! If you are looking for a company with hidden fees, excuses for incomplete work and absolutely zero customer service then Allied is your company. They shouldn't be in business at all. In fact, I will also be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau!

David was great and was very professional. He explained everything he was doing, potential solutions, and how to preventing issues in the future. He replaced our water heater heating element a few months ago when we only had cold water in our showers and came two separate days recently to try to unclog our kitchen sink. When he couldn't fix the kitchen sink, he referred us to another company and didn't charge for the two days he was here. We will definitely be using Allied again for heating/cooling needs in the future. Highly recommend this company for its customer service, professionalism, timeliness, and honesty.

My furnace was not working very well. I called Allied because they are close by. The technician came by quickly. He diagnosed and fixed the problem without new parts. Nice person too. I had not had it professionally serviced since we moved here. I should have called them last year. I signed up to schedule regular service visits in the Spring and Fall. Reasonable cost.
