I called Chris late Wednesday afternoon, and Dale was at our house at 8 Thursday morning. He diagnosed the problem, went for the replacements, and completely replaced an old basement sewer pump and tank. He reported to me on each part of the process. He cleaned the area where he worked, and he was finished by 11. Chris Powers has provided professional, exceptional service many times over the years, and we highly recommend both him and Dale.

Best HVAC in the region. We have a geo thermal heating system and many other companies were giving us outrageous quotes on time/price while CR Powers reviewed our situation and recommended a better solution at a reasonable price than any of the other businesses. They arrived when they said they would, replaced our unit and have been nothing but professional to work with. I love that they had a "can do" attitude while the others hemmed and hawed at finding a solution. Highly recommend!

Can't praise them enough. I called at 11:30 on a Monday and my Furnace was fixed by 12:45 that same day. Pricing was fair as well. These guys are legit. Edit: my second time using them. I called for a plumbing issue, but due to the Thanksgiving holiday were unable to come out. However, they referred me to another plumber who came out and fixed the issue same day. The fact that they were willing to send me to another business so I can have my needs met speaks volumes. Thanks again

Almost burned my house down and destroyed my furnace. I have a condensing oil furnace. Rather than figuring out how to service it they just worked on it and screwed it all up. Then they didn't want to refund my money. Steer clear unless you have a basic system.
