Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness Called for an appointment to have my kitchen remodeled. Was told I could get a free estimate and scheduled for Fri afternoon. I was told I would be contacted before someone came to the house. I waited til 6pm without a call or visit.

Critical: Responsiveness We called for a bathroom sink repair early one morning and was told they would be there after lunch. They never showed or called us back. We were a returning customer so very disappointed in lack of service
