Banks Quarles failed to show up for a scheduled appointment three separate days over the course of a week and a half! Each day (after I spent all day waiting), they texted me saying they couldn't get to me and were bumping me to the next day. Completely unprofessional and a huge waste of my time. Don't believe their "we can't wait to show you our five star service" slogan, it's just a slogan and not backed up by reality. If you want to actually have someone show up to fix your issue, call a different company.
