I would like to thank Corey with Hansen HVAC for helping us replace our HVAC in our home. Corey listened to the issues we've had cooling our multi-level home and advised us with options that did not break the bank. He called us quickly after placing our order to arrange the installation. Casey, Kory, Jace, and Chandler showed up on time and ready to work. They were extremely polite and immediately started petting my dogs. They were professional and clean. I am very grateful to the entire team! Thank you all!

Called Tuesday3/29 after hours, and the gentleman that answered was completely rude. My husband and I have a child that has health problems. Explained that our AC wouldn't turn on and we needed it working for our son. I was told that he did not have time to come out. Also told me that this was the after hours emergency number and I needed to call back tomorrow to get on the schedule. I ended up calling All hours. All hours didn't have a problem coming out.

Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness I called multiple times on 4/03/22 to get emergency service. I do have my number blocked for security reasons. I couldn't get anyone to answer their phone. I went with a different company.

I tried calling 3 times, I'm not sure if they could not hear me. The first time I couldn't hear the gentleman, 2nd time I called the guy yelled in the phone HELLO sounded rude and put out. The 3rd time my call was rejected and went to voicemail. The gentleman's name on the voicemail was Josh. Thanks to him I decided to use another company for my services.
