Came out to inspect a plumbing problem. Made the problem worse. Asked me to sign off on the work but never showed me the invoice - I was under the assumption my HOA was covering the visit. Now they're requesting $800+ for work that I had to hire a real company to fix, for less than $800. Lol what a joke. Wouldn't recommend their services or their contractors.

Shop around! Destination charge and high hourly rates may be the norm, but crazy high mark up on parts, unfriendly and unresponsive office help is not ok.

Zero stars. Pleasant man Chris came out to quote us yesterday- quoted one hour. The next day, a different technician was here -worked one hour, was in his van for about 30 min, and then handed us a bill for three hours plus parts. To the tune of over $700 saying he ended at 1:30. but it was still only 12 something- ( he hadn't changed his truck clock from daylight savings). When I pointed that out, he said OK well we can take the hour off. like he was doing me a favor! Told us our time starts charging from whenever he left left his last job until he gets to our house! Hence the 2 hour charge, instead of the one hour that the job took!
I feel super uncomfortable! We were pretty upset and he left without payment. If you look at my Yelp history, I do not leave bad reviews. I only take the time for glowing ones. but I am so hurt and disappointed by this company! We want to pay them for their services rendered.but this is crazy
