We are first time customers of TA Woods. Our service technician, David Nelson Jr. arrived on time, he was courteous, professional, and repaired our tankless water heater quickly and efficiently because he came prepared with the necessary parts on the truck. We'll be using TA Woods again because of technician David Nelson Jr, and the positive experience we had with TA Woods! Thank you! Barry and Susan Powers

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value Work was done by unprofessional technicians and leadership is out to make a buck, with no care to the customer. Warranty they offer is only honored at their convenience and time, lucky if you get someone out to you in a month.hands down worst trades company in Wilmington.
