Robertson Electric was able to come on very short notice and fix our HVAC unit quickly just as the weather was getting hot. The serviceman was polite, explained the fix and recommended actions we could take to prevent future problems. Fees were reasonable. We highly recommend this company! Service: HVAC system repair

Prompt professional service! Office informed me technician was on their way early. Scott arrived and quickly diagnosed problem with AC. He gave me repair options and quotes. Performed repair quickly and got system working again. Took time to advise me on the condition of existing system and point out concerns while system was open. Upon my request an appointment was scheduled next day for an estimator to come and take a look at replacing system. Corrine arrived promptly, gathered necessary information and listened carefully to my concerns. Robertson Electric is a trusted business!

I wanted the outdoor garden leaky pipe repaired and move the main stop valve in crawl space moved closer to the opening so that it can be easily shut off. They scheduled the appointment promptly and tech came to my house and said he will get this done within 2 days. Since no one called and or came to complete the job, I called Robertson Electrical several days. Each time I call they keep telling me they will send some one to fix and provide me an estimate. Up to now no one has contacted me and does not look like they are ethical and professional in dealings with customers. In the past I had good experience working with them, but not this time!
