Water softening was completely new to me. I reached out to Water Pro and they came out and explained everything very well. There was no pressure to upgrade to a new system, even though our old system was in really bad condition. They upgraded my softener system and everyone was great to work with. Their customer service is top notch and I would highly recommend them.
