Today was the first time I used Hefner Plumbing. I called and Sean was at my house in 30 minutes. He was very professional, kind and knowledgeable. He explained my problem and had it fixed in no time. I really liked how he told me it might be one certain problem and luckily it was not, but I was glad to know his best and worst case scenario up front. Will be my go to plumber from now on. Excellent service!

We found that we had a leak under our slab, third one. I contacted Hefner plumbing and made an appointment to have the house repiped. Why fix another leak just to have it pop up somewhere else. The two young men that did the job were polite and very attentive to their job. They completed the repipe in two and one half days. Since then we have been very happy with their work and recommend them for your plumbing needs.

High quality and super friendly technicians and phone staff. Had to get a new water heater put in and know that's it's a little more expensive than having Lowes do it but the attention to detail and professionalism was great. You can't even tell they moved the water lines. They did a great job repainting and texturizing the wall to match. Worth every penny. And even on their first visit they fixed our two wobbly toilets the plumber came and talked to us about how he totally removed the first toilet and resealed it and said he didn't find a leak and asked us if we wanted to do the same thing to the other toilet to save some money which was super refreshing to see.
He explained it all and we appreciate the honesty. We opted to get it done right, but like how they let us make the choice and they even got our water heater put in super quick and worked with our schedule.

This is THE company to use for plumbing in Marion County, FL. I called and got a REAL person to speak with. Even though they had a full calendar, they listened to my story and fit me in. They called to verify the appointment, AND they showed up ON TIME! NO TWO/FOUR HOUR WINDOW! AN ACTUAL SET APPOINTMENT! Sean was SUPER! He was very knowledgeable and quickly addressed all my concerns. Hefner Plumbing is VERY professional and up front about their VERY AFFORDABLE pricing!
I will never look for another plumbing company! I had tried another local company and was HIGHLY disappointed when they couldn't even call to let me know they were running late. I waited all day for what started as a two hour window. When I called after the that window passed, I was told it was actually a four hour window. After four hours, still no show, no call. If you're looking for a truly professional, honest, on time company that does GREAT work, look no further!
