He explained my problem and had it fixed in no time. I really liked how he told me it might be one certain problem and luckily it was not, but I was glad to know his best and worst case scenario up front. Will be my go to plumber from now on. We found that we had a leak under our slab, third one. I contacted Hefner plumbing and made an appointment to have the house repiped. Why fix another leak just to have it pop up somewhere else. The two young men that did the job were polite and very attentive to their job. They completed the repipe in two and one half days. Since then we have been very happy with their work and recommend them for your plumbing needs.

High quality and super friendly technicians and phone staff. Had to get a new water heater put in and know that's it's a little more expensive than having Lowes do it but the attention to detail and professionalism was great. You can't even tell they moved the water lines. They did a great job repainting and texturizing the wall to match. Worth every penny.
And even on their first visit they fixed our two wobbly toilets the plumber came and talked to us about how he totally removed the first toilet and resealed it and said he didn't find a leak and asked us if we wanted to do the same thing to the other toilet to save some money which was super refreshing to see. He explained it all and we appreciate the honesty. We opted to get it done right, but like how they let us make the choice and they even got our water heater put in super quick and worked with our schedule.

This is THE company to use for plumbing in Marion County, FL. I called and got a REAL person to speak with. Even though they had a full calendar, they listened to my story and fit me in. They called to verify the appointment, AND they showed up ON TIME! NO TWO/FOUR HOUR WINDOW! AN ACTUAL SET APPOINTMENT! Sean was SUPER! He was very knowledgeable and quickly addressed all my concerns. Such a great experience with this company and Cody. He was on time, and was really helpful with picking out a new faucet and giving us multiple options. Our service technician, Dallas, was friendly but very professional. He explained what had caused our problem and offered several solutions as to how it could be corrected, short term fix to permanent, including cost ideas. Our 12 year old hot water tank died, phoned Hefner's and they had two technicians, Dallas and Jordan, at our home in under 3 hours. Both were dressed in clean uniforms. Terrible customer service. I called to have a leak fixed under my grandparents sink and the receptionist was a absolute nightmare. Yelled at me saying the owner was very very busy and told me he will call me back when he has time, if he feels he is interested. When my sister called to see if she could get someone else on the phone the same lady told her this was the Sheriffs office! Completely unprofessional and did not care whatsoever about obtaining my business.

We thought we had a leak under our slab, I called Hefner from seeing them on the web. In less than an hour, they were here! Cody the technician was absolutely the most professional tradesman I've ever met since moving to Florida. He was diligent and explained everything in detail. It ended up that there was no leak.whew! Hefner will be my plumbing company of choice from now on. Also, all service companies should emulate them on customer service.
