Sewer/Drain Cleaning
Our advanced sewer and drain cleaning services utilize high-pressure jetting and mechanical augers to remove blockages and buildup. We specialize in mainline sewer line cleaning using video inspection technology to identify and resolve clogs before they cause property damage. Our technicians handle residential and commercial systems, including restaurant grease traps and industrial drainage. With 30+ years of experience, we guarantee complete system restoration and preventive maintenance solutions.
Copper Repiping
We provide full copper repiping services for homes and businesses with aging polybutylene or galvanized steel pipes. Our licensed plumbers replace faulty systems with durable copper piping, improving water pressure and eliminating leak risks. The process includes wall repair and restoration, with minimal disruption to your property. We offer lifetime warranties on materials and workmanship, ensuring long-term reliability and increased property value through modern plumbing standards.
Electronic Leak Detection
Using state-of-the-art acoustic sensors and thermal imaging, we pinpoint hidden leaks in walls, under slabs, or in hard-to-reach areas without destructive excavation. Our non-invasive methods identify water, gas, and sewer leaks with precision, preventing structural damage and mold growth. The process includes pressure testing and pipe tracing to locate even the smallest breaches in residential and commercial systems, ensuring complete resolution with minimal repair work.
Water Heater Services
We offer complete water heater solutions including tankless system installation, traditional tank replacement, and repair of all makes and models. Our technicians diagnose issues like insufficient hot water, unusual noises, and leaks, providing cost-effective repairs or modernization upgrades. We stock major parts for immediate service and offer energy-efficiency consultations to reduce utility costs while ensuring reliable hot water supply for residential and commercial clients.

The plumber arrived within scheduled time bracket. He was professional and wore a nose/mouth mask during his time in the property. He completed the work in about 40 minutes. I was very satisfied with this company's response to my plumbing needs. Based on this experience I would recommend them to anyone seeking plumbing services. Service: Sewer repair

I had a situation happen the other day. my main line broke! Oh no! It was on ordeal to say the least! However, F&M we're there to access the issue the same evening and fixed us up the very next morning! So grateful. The men were honest, friendly and efficient when making the repair. When done they cleaned up very neatly and we're fine fairly quickly considering the size of the repair. Thank you F&M!
