Gave them a call to confirm if they sell to the public. They confirmed that they **DO NOT** sell to the public. They only sell to licensed contractors. The person on the phone was helpful and able to redirect me to someone else to try though. Quick phone call with no wait time.

Unreliable can't trust them. False promises about delivery times. It's been 5 months and no sign of air conditioner or heat pump.

Good value products. Bought some pipes for direct vent fireplace. Don't buy from fireplaces companies that could charge 100% more.

This place has very knowledgeable staff and great prices. Big box stores such as Home Depot don't carry many things in stock any more. Sellers on Amazon are asking for 2-3x the prices here. I was able to get the part I need from Slakey Brothers without waiting for delivery and for a much lower price.
