I called Choate's early that morning and in a hour or less I was told a technician was nearby and could assist me. A short time later Jack the technician comes to assist me. Jack was professional and about his business and he went and got the parts to replace and he was done. This type of professionalism is very important/needed when your important home systems aren't working because it can be frustrating. I was thankful.

I've known a few people who have used Choates for ac and plumbing work, and all recommended them. I had a whole new ac and heating system put in and have zero complaints. Very professional and personable. Great company too work with! Service: Install AC

Carleigh Scott did the maintenance on both my AC units today. She did a great job. She answered all my questions and discussed all my options. She's showed me the family plan and it's advantages and how it would save me money. I would recommend her anytime. Service: HVAC system maintenance

UPDATE: I originally met with a Choate's rep to get an estimate and after about 5-6 weeks of getting no response, I wrote a review. After the review posted, I was contacted by Choate's saying they couldn't do the job and if i wanted to discuss, call them. At that point I had moved on to other vendors. The plumbing manager reached out this week and profusely apologized for the lack of response. He met me at the site and we spent almost 2 hours going over the project. He gave me a ballpark estimate before he left. I appreciate Choate's stepping up and making it right.

Called and arranged for an estimate. A guy showed up who worked hard to upsell. Following that, I received two lengthy texts that attempted to do the same. Irrespective of this, I needed by ducts cleaned so agreed to the service. 15 days after the fact, I have heard nothing from them. I contacted another highly rated duct cleaning company (Complete Clean) and they completed the task within three days and for $750 less than the quote I received from Choate. Important to note that they use the exact same equipment as Choate. Avoid Choate.
