Services
Septic Tank Pumping
Our septic tank pumping service removes accumulated solids and scum to maintain system efficiency. Using high-capacity pumps and state-certified equipment, we ensure complete waste removal while preserving landscape integrity. Regular pumping every 3-5 years prevents system failures and extends service life.
Camera Inspection
RIDGID SeeSnake camera inspections identify blockages, root intrusion, and pipe damage with precision. Our HDR imaging system locates issues in supply lines and leach fields, providing real-time video evidence for accurate repair planning and system evaluation.
Soil Permitting
Licensed soil scientists evaluate site suitability for septic systems and prepare engineered permits. We handle all regulatory submissions for new installations or repairs, ensuring compliance with local environmental health department requirements through detailed soil analysis and system design.
RootX Treatment
RootX foam application prevents tree root intrusion in septic lines. Applied annually after hydro-jetting, this EPA-registered solution kills existing roots and inhibits regrowth without damaging pipes or surrounding vegetation, maintaining system integrity.
Terralift Repair
Terralift restores failing drain fields through soil fracturing technology. Using compressed air to break up compacted soil and biomat buildup, this non-invasive method improves drainage without excavation, extending system life at reduced cost.

I called MARLIN simply to find out information about by sewer pump. The incredibly helpful phone conversation that I had with Erica is hard to put into words. Even though it was just advice and not leading toward any sale or service, she was perfectly willing to spend as little or as much time that was necessary to further understand my home system and how it works. I would recommend this company highly. Their service is just incredible!

Very few times in my life do I have the pleasure and honor of meeting someone who is as professional and decent and kind and passionate about their work as Marlin. We tried to get septic permit inspection and approval through our county but became very frustrated after waiting for more than 2 months without a response. We reached out to Marlin and they got the job done within their proposed timelines, and helped us navigate the administrative nightmare with the county.

We are so happy with the work in terms of timing, expertise, and the time they spent with us on educating us about the system they installed on our property. We highly recommend Marlin to anyone that needs work on their septic system.

All I have to say is Wow, Jeff is awesome. He spent time with me diagnosing my septic field issue off of a inspection report and me providing additional details over the phone. Another local company wasn't even aware of the type of field I had let alone the fix required. Highly recommend Marlin to anyone! Service: Outdoor system repair

My husband and I are ran into a septic issue while purchasing a home. Jeff has been absolutely great to work with and has gone above and beyond helping us through the process. He has been very professional, took extra time to explain the situation to all parties and has been a great resource for us. Professionalism and honesty is hard to find these days. Highly recommend!

Very please with how quickly Marlins fit my client in to get the job done. Very professional and was able to repair the leach lines instead of just replacing them which was a cost savings to my client. Thank you so much! Service: Sewer repair

This company is the absolute finest company I have ever worked with. We had to have our entire septic system, and the field, replaced. These folks must be the most knowledgeable in the business, and they explained everything to me in great detail. I trust the quality of the work they did and they have always answered the phone for me when I have called, both before AND after they did the work. There is a real, old-fashioned, kind and hard-working feel to this business. Highly recommend!
