Terrible phone assistance. Maybe they hired outside the family for that particular role. I definitely won't be giving them a chance to show me their work is no better than my phone experience.

We have used Cross & Sons for our plumbing problems 4 different times and they have been consistently great. We just had an issue with a pump in our basement and they responded really quickly and Barney was fantastic - extremely knowledgeable. Besides making the repair he also offered really good tips on how to avoid problems we might have in the future. What I like about our dealings with Cross & Sons is that they seem really intent on solving the problem while not over-charging for extra or unnecessary work.
And their service is great - really prompt and they show up when they say they will. Based on our experience with several different problems I would highly recommend them for any house-hold plumbing issues.

I had the Pressure Relief Valve fail early in the morning. I called them and they were able to get 2 Repairmen to the home in about an hours time. BJ and Micah were the 2 Techs that came out, they listened to what I said, asked some questions and then looked at the problem. We discussed the fixes and the costs - agreed on the work and price - and they got busy. Within minutes they were working, they had all the needed parts in their truck and they worked as a team.
I liked that they put on disposable cloth shoe coverings when they were in the living area because they had to be in some mud outside. They finished the work quickly, cleaned up after themselves, checked to make everything was working correctly. No extras added to the bill. I would give them high marks for all aspects of this service.

We had a sewage backup that flooded our basement with sewage on a Saturday night. Barney and Joseph from Cross and Sons arrived within an hour of calling, diagnosed the issue, unclogged the pipe inside our house and answered all my many questions. I am so grateful for their prompt and professional service. We've used them before to descale and video our sewer line and will use them again no doubt. Highly recommend Cross and Sons.
