Beware! They use predatory practices to get you to agree to their services and their prices are astronomical. Had an emergency water heater flood at my house after hours. They pressured me into agreeing to an install for the next day without being able to review the invoice. They came out the next day and did the install (5 hours later than they said they would be there). Once I was able to review the invoice, I realized their price was $1000-$1500 more than other quotes I had received and they did not give me my 15% discount which I should have received for being an existing customer (which would've been about $550).

When I spoke to manager Joanne to bring this to her attention, she was extremely rude and refused to refund me the discount I was owed. I asked to speak to the owners and she refused to pass my complaint any farther up the chain. Please avoid as you will deal with rude people and pay much more than necessary.

My whole house Generac generator was showing a red light so I called for service from Parrish who I have a contract with to see what the problem was. They sent out Christian who was such a great and knowledgeable electrical service technician. He diagnosed the problem and set about getting me back to green light status. He was also very helpful in getting my mobile app for the generator connected to my WiFi.
