Coming into a friendly environment every day and having one of the best groups of people I have ever worked with/for. Ending the day feeling like I have accomplished something. Spending time with my son doing fun and constructive things makes me happy too. I Enjoy volunteering at and participating in Renaissance Fairs and the Oak Grove Folk Festival, and any other event where I can help out and make it a better experience for the attendees. I have three younger brothers and a ten-year-old son. My brother and I grew up in Alexandria.

I called W. E. Brown to perform some necessary and recommended electrical repairs that were noted in an inspection of my new home. Michael, the technician that showed up to do the work, was friendly, transparent, and thorough. His own inspection of my home brought a faulty dryer vent to his attention, a repair that I wasn't even aware an electrician would be able to service.
In the end his repairs looked great and left my home safe and more functional than it was before. I'll definitely keep W. E. Brown in mind for future electrical, plumbing, and HVAC services for my home.

Jerry showed up 5/27 on a Friday for the appointment. He was nice and did his job. However he locked his keys and phone in his truck (mistakes happen) but whatever no big deal. Well it it 6/6 and still haven't received a quote for my HAVC. I called the office 4 times throughout the week last week and they said they will def call me but still haven't gotten a quote.
They were recommended from my neighbor and she is said she is sorry she recommended them. It has been super hot and would be nice if I can get a AC unit ordered. But I guess they don't want the business when they can't even follow up with their quotes.

Excellent communicators, we have a service plan and our technician provided plenty of options for repair and updates. We will use them again. Josh in particular (who did the long and strenuous job of fixing problems with our sewer pipes) did an amazing job, taking us step by step through what he fixed and what issues our particular basement has. Great job!

Great customer service starts with the first call, making an appointment is easy, with courtesy calls at the time of appointment and flexibility when one of the techs is freed up from other scheduled work they call to see if they can come earlier than promised. The technicians were courteous and professional and explained clearly what's being done or what work was needed. 100% satisfied.

I really was pleased today with my visit from Dale, who assessed and evaluated my plumbing issues. Not only was he very professional, he made me very comfortable by giving me his opinions in an honest, patient and understanding way. Never thought I'd enjoy a visit from a plumbing expert so much! Kerry Flowers came to our home yesterday to evaluate and do routine maintenance on our 19 yr old HVAC. Our experience with Mr. Flowers was wonderful! He asked me if there was any concerns, and with the little information I was able to give him, he discovered exactly what was the issue. He provided information on the possible resolutions and then proceeded to do the work. What an impressive professional! He is certainly a great representative of the W. E. A team from W.E. Brown installed a new sump pump in my basement. Pros: Very competent and efficient installation Cons: - Plumbers did not wear masks, they did not even ask if I would like them to wear a mask (I was wearing a mask). - Plumbers did not wear shoe coverings. It was wet and messy outside. - When they pulled out my old pump, I was told that I needed a 1/3 h.p. sewer pump instead of the 1/4 h.p.sump pump the price quote was based on.
When I received the final bill I learned that modest difference in pumps cost $800. The person I spoke with at the main office did not seem to understand why I thought that to be unreasonable. They ultimately refunded $300, or at least they said they would. It still hasn't posted to my credit card. Conclusion: I won't use W.E. Brown again.

We noticed last night our hot water was running warm. We called W. E. Brown the next day in the afternoon. Before 5 PM they had a service person at our home. The water heater needed to be replaced and they had a new water heater installed before 5 PM. We also knew the service person from previous work at our house. It was a delightful experience and completed within a few hours. Thank you W. E. Brown for your fast and professional service. The Brooks Family

Failing a fan install, I contacted W.E. Brown for help.they sent Michael a couple of days later - pretty good considering COVID days. He proved to be an excellent electrician - showed me what I did wrong and fixed everything quickly and efficiently! He even asked to check the power panels and checked for deficiencies. I highly recommend W.E. Brown!

We have been extremely happy with all of the plumbing work performed by WE Brown. They stand by their work and are very quick to respond to questions or concerns even long after the work is completed. Kenny was extremely knowledgeable and provided creative solutions to some of the plumbing needs we had in our business. Jay Taggart is excellent to work with and will make certain the right people are assigned to the project. I recommend WE Brown for any residential or commercial project, big or small.

Their technician promptly performed a thorough assessment on a Monday for the price of a service call ($69). He had to price out a part to provide a proper quote to replace a faucet. Mid-week I left a message that was not returned. On Friday I called again to get the status of this information-- I think someone dropped the ball-- but they called me with the quote later that day.
I had some scheduling pressure-- their techs work weekdays 7-4, (like most working people) and so a job scheduled after 4 or on a weekend is 'emergency service' and jacks up cost. We couldn't be there at those hours. Their dispatcher was polite but totally unsympathetic, said her manager was unavailable to speak to me. It was soooo frustrating to deal with this company. I called another plumber and the repair happened without difficulty. If you need a plumber, I recommend calling another company.
