I just had my shower repaired by Nick from Russo Bros plumbing and could not be more impressed. The level of professionalism, knowledge and attention to detail are something you don't often see these days. Nick fully explained what he was doing, took the time to take pictures of what he repaired, explained to me about the 1 year parts and labor warranty and made sure I was completely satisfied before leaving. I would recommend Russo Bros any day of the week! Thank you!

The response to our call was within the hour. Phil came fully equipped to do our needed hot water heater replacement. He quoted me on the spot. Within 2hours or my call he was working on the removal, and had reinforcements on the way! They ended up having to upgrade the wiring to meet current code. They also hade to replace the main shutoff and the water meter. Very professional and polite. Cleaned up completely when they were finished!

We felt that Phil, the technician who both evaluated our 16-year-old water treatment system and later replaced it with a new one was excellent. He was professional, personable, and explained everything very clearly. Russo's price was quite competitive with the other estimates we received. This was one of the best experiences we've had with a plumbing company.

When we suddenly found it raining in our basement bathroom on super bowl Sunday, we called many plumbers including Russo brothers. Russo brothers was the only plumber ti promptly return my call (in about 15 minutes) and set up a service call. I was able to shut the water off to the whole house so an emergency call wasn't needed. The came they next morning at 9am and the plumber was super knowledgeable, professional, and nice.
He listened to the description of what I noticed and promptly discovered where the leak was. He told me what repairs would be necessary and let me decide if I wanted to move forward immediately or not. The service was performed in a timely manner and the entire area was kept clean and tidy. I'm very happy with our experience and would use Russo brothers again.

Russo Bro's replaced our old broken furnace and replaced our very old water heater. The quote was reasonable, the team was amiable and courteous, and the job was professionally done. Pleasantly there were no surprises. They handled anything that came up, if any issues did. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Russo Bros.
