The tech Henry was fantastic, was meticulous with his work and extremely knowledgeable. He was also a very pleasant to deal with and explained everything. This is the first time I have used BSE. I have and LG AC unit and their name was on the LG website. I required regular maintenance/cleaning. There was a little confusion on pricing once the job was completed but was quickly rectified. I would use them again for maintenance and because of their quick response customer service. Service: A/C system maintenance
