Outrageous charge to replace a valve/cartridge in shower. Knowledgeable but small job took Hours. Just hold your wallet open & bow in gratitude. I was advised by friends to wait a long time before posting a review & that I should be safely out of the area. Friends told me that charges are high since that's how they afford a fleet of vehicles Check out the cost of a shower valve in 2014. I was charged just under $370. by a few pennies
