We have used this company before for plumbing and electric issues - cannot express how thankful I am for their help. I have had water and electric emergencies and they came out to our home at night (when the emergencies happened) to assist, no attitudes or rudeness and no slimy sales tactics. Everyone is so professional and helpful here. In April 2022, we had to have our 20-year-old HVAC, two-air handler system replaced in our three-story home.
Very pricey repair (this was expected) but they were reasonable and fair. They provided us with multiple estimates depending on which project we wanted. Notified us when they were arriving on site. Professional service and a fast turnaround, as well as used trusted brands. Everything was cleaned up - I couldn't tell those systems had been ripped out. Highly recommend this company for your home repairs and services needs!

We just had Matt out today for an HVAC estimate. Because a text was sent to me with a bit more info on Matt, I realized he might be able to provide estimates for plumbing issues we've been unable to resolve with a prior plumber. He listened to our issues, tested a few thoughts, and provided us a solution. He'll be typing up individual estimates for each issue along with estimates on HVAC system. Along the way he gave us ideas that we can help improve our heating and cooling efficiencies as homeowners.
I'm pleased with his visit, and look forward to working with Royal Class in the near future. I also want to add how appreciative I was that he had no problems wearing a mask. Someone in our house in immune compromised and it brought us relief to have others helping us to prevent the spread of covid.

Bruce from Royal Class came over to install an outdoor temperature sensor for our heat pump system. He completed the physical installation and then went on to the trickier part of wiring it to the thermostat and linking it to the home app. He was patient and thoughtful as he dealt with the the whole process, including answering my many questions!
