Brad and his crew just finished up installation of five mini splits in my house. They were incredibly professional, communicative and courteous throughout the whole process and they put a lot of effort into cleaning up after themselves and making sure they disrupted things around my house as little as possible. As a bonus, they saw me struggling with some small home projects like hanging a shelf, and went ahead and took care of it for me before they left for the day. I can't recommend them enough. It's been awhile since I've had such a positive, easy, straightforward experience with a contractor.

My technician Zane Villandry was great (5/5 stars). He was punctual, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I appreciate that he took plenty of time to walk me through the issue and options and the short and long term implications (as well as general tips to keeping the system healthy). Furthermore, he was able to complete the work the same day (6-7 hours) and warranty it for 1 year.

I do suspect had I taken the time to get multiple bids that I would have found cheaper options to complete the repair. As is typically the case when choosing between larger, established operations that offer flat rate pricing vs. smaller contractors that price out time and material.
