Hydro-Jetting
Our hydro-jetting service clears blockages with 4,000 PSI water streams, removing grease, scale, and root buildup from drain and sewer lines. This eco-friendly method restores full flow capacity without chemicals. We recommend annual maintenance to prevent recurring clogs in commercial kitchens and high-traffic facilities.

Called Terrys Plumbing on a Saturday morning to address a water pressure issue. Water pressure kept building up overnight despite a new pressure reducing valve and expansion tank. Plumber arrived Tuesday to diagnose the issue. City of Pittsburgh water is a DISASTER as the pressure fluctuates constantly and the weekly water main breaks mean all kinds of rocks and debris in the lines. The plumber recommended redundant pressure regulators to address Pittsburgh's disastrously bad water pressure fluctuation issues.
The plumber managed to pull out multiple bits of gravel from the water line in the process. After the additional regulator, the water pressure is now sitting at a comfortable and consistent 60psi 24/7. The work done was professional, clean and consistent. I thought the price was also reasonable given the amount of time they were here and the thoroughness of addressing the problem. I'll definitely be using Terrys for any future plumbing needs!

Terry's plumbing has been doing work for my father for over 10 years. I do not live in the area but I manage all repairs and finances for my elderly father who insists on living at home. Terry has been outstanding with all sorts of plumbing issues. Recently my father passed away and I needed an honest assessment of the sewer line to sell the home. The home was built in 1964 and the buyers were leading us down a path of expensive sewer line replacement.
I called Terry to get his opinion. His opinion differed from the buyers plumber. The buyers asked to speak with Terry and all that I asked was that he give them an honest assessment. The buyers ultimately did not ask for any additional inspections, repairs or repair credits based on speaking with Terry! I can't thank him enough! Tom

After a sewer trap repair, we asked for Terry's Plumbing to provide a another opinion on what needed to be done next after receiving two expensive estimates advising major repairs. Terry was recommended to us as a very honest plumber. He came by - free of charge - to evaluate the situation. I'm relieved that we checked with him, because he said there was no need for the major repairs at this point. He offered to come back any time if we had questions or problems.

We needed a sewer trap repair and I sought Terry's Plumbing to provide a third opinion on what was needed further after the first didn't even locate the sewer pipe after digging and dismantling the wrong pipe and the second tried to pressure us into thousands more (we suspect an old video was used) for a lining citing there was a broken pipe with a large, infiltrating root. We avoided being scammed further from two of the largest operating plumbing companies in the city when we got a real-time camera scoping that showed the pipe was clean after jetting. Terry's is professional, honest and fair and he gave us good advice. I am grateful for his help.

I had a ruptured exterior gas line late on a weekend and had to have the gas company install a temporary line. Terry's was able to come out the following day and give an estimate. Work started the following day and the crew was friendly and professional. They did a great job from start to finish. They even came back the same day to finish backfilling the trench that needed dug for the new line. Great work!
