Today i called on Nauman Mechanical to join their comfort club. That is a program to maintain my heat pump and air handler. My Technician was name Alec and this Tech was truly incredible and pointed out so many errors that was done by the company that did the install. He did some repairs and had my unit running like a well greased machine. I can only say thank you so very much. Nice to meet you Alec!

Was supposed to get a callbefore the guy showed up. Called wrong number. And then a number who no longer lives at address. When called to tell them they have to have the guy come back they told me they called me 3 times, but no missed calls. And no voice-mail. They told me my voice-mail was full, FYI its not. They got mad when I kept asking why they didn't called me. Then got hung up on 2 times. Mangers was the 2nd one.

Could not get an answer as to why they didn't call. They have the wrong number. Normally great service and customer service. Maybe they had a 1 off, but if I don't get a call next scheduled time I'm going somewhere else bc they can't keep their paperwork correct. When I made the appointment I verified my phone number 3 times. Every other time they have come for a service they called my number. Now magically they don't have it.

My experience with Nauman was excellent from start to finish. From the representative who answered my initial call, the salesman who came by and took the time to explain everything in detail, follow up emails from Nauman regarding the status of my install, to the two nice gentleman who installed my new Trane air handler. THANK YOU! I would definitely use their services in the future!

Nauman troubleshooted a short-cycling issue with my well pump and performed a water test to help me understand the current quality of my water, given that my softener system was very old and non-functional. A few days later we had water results and a recommended system to help remove the impurities they found in the test. Throughout the troubleshooting and installation process I felt very informed of the actions the team was taking and my options as a customer.

Now I have better water, stronger water pressure, and confidence that there are no lingering plumbing issues thanks to the whole-home inspection at the end of the repair. I'm always pleased working with this company on plumbing and HVAC needs!

My furnace konked out and my house was extremely cold. I had 5 different hvac specialists come out to fix the issue and no one could figure out why after replacing my furnace my house was still cold. Chris came out and really took the time to troubleshoot everything and fix the problem. My house is warm and I'm forever grateful. You have a customer for life.

These folks sold me a $14,000 ductless system and told me it would work for heating my home. After problems with them not adding pressure to the system they had problems servicing my unit because it was too far away. After telling me they would service all they sell. My last attempt to get service from this company was told they were pulling back but scheduled me for a service and then show up a week early asking me where I was at. Then I was told "We will call you when we are available." That was a over a year ago. Don't use this company. They oversell you and don't service you afterwards.
