John and his son Kris are the only plumbers you should ever have out to your home. Their professionalism, quality, and work (in general) are completely unmatched. Both father and son (as well as wife/mother, Dottie; manning the phones) are the best of the best, especially when it comes to small family businesses and they will treat you like part of the family, as well. Do yourself a favor and support this local business if you're trying to decide who to use and who you can trust. You won't get anyone better.

I was a new customer, and had an emergency situation with water leaking into ceiling and walls. Called Heine at 11:56a, Dottie was very kind and receptive to my issue. By 12:30p they were at my house and remediating the leak. Quality of work was excellent, price was more than fair. I would highly recommend Heine Plumbing, and will definitely use them for all of my needs going forward.

Called Heine Plumbing to do a large job on re-routing my entire home plumbing for a new septic system. I knew from my first contact with the office and when I met Kris that this was the right company for the job. They were highly professional as well as experts in their field. Kris did a fantastic job and was courteous and extremely neat and meticulous. He worked relentlessly to make sure that this big job was completed in a timely manner and on schedule with the excavating company. Kris is very professional and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem and installed a new sump pump in an timely manner. Have had his work previously and always very satisfied. His associate in the office (Doty) is very pleasant and will promptly return your calls an advise you on the upcoming appointment. Strongly recommend!
