Techs (all that I have encountered) have been professional, honest, and courteous. Office staff is great too, provided me with all the documentation my co-op required in a timely manner. Will continue to use NH Ross for any plumbing concerns! Christopher came by to assess my jetted bathtub leak. Chris was on time, professional, relatable, and courteous.

He did a thorough examination of the bathtub, sent over a quote and was in and out in no time. Had we moved forward with the repair at the time I would have trusted Chris's abilities to perform the job.
