The service was performed professionally. We had a pool heater installed. They ran a gas line from our basement to the heater. We also had them run a gas line to our bbq grill They also moved our water faucet outside. They company sent out 2 people that could not have been any nicer. We would DEFINITELY use this company again. Do not think twice about there abilities to get the job done. Thank you again for all of your help.

Great company. Very detailed and honest in pricing and best products. Brian the salesperson was very attentive to what I needed and my budget for my combo unit. Pawal the instillation engineer, was very respectful along with hard working. He informed me of each step in the process, and left the work area spotless. My experience with AWS could not have been better! I had an lethal emergency situation with my heating system. When I called for help(after being shunned by many other companies) I was completely taken back by how friendly and professional they were, showing genuine concern for my desperate situation. Even though I called during the busiest time of year, and late in the day, they worked tirelessly to help me.

When the technician (Vinny) arrived, he was very polite and knowledgeable, and went straight to the task at hand, wasting no time. He repaired my problem faster then I expected. Their pricing was so very fair, especially considering the circumstances (all others were far higher). My only regret, was that I didn't contact them first! I very highly recommend this company, and will be using them for all my heating needs from now on.

AWS is an amazing company. I lost heat in the middle of the winter. they went above and beyond to help me! the part I needed had to come from California and only arrived on Friday night. Yonita, who was my contact on the phone was so nice and so patient with me! Vince the technician was at my house first thing in the morning on Saturday morning. changed the broken part and didn't leave until he had checked that everything was working well! I definitely recommend them and will definitely use them again in the future
