I've done business with Best Plumbing a few times over the years and felt it's about time to write a review. These guys have always arrived on time and have been able to resolve every issue I've had without any problem. Their prices for repair work are very reasonable and they have never tried to upsell me on anything. I highly recommend them.

I used Best Plumbing to repair a leak in my yard on Jan 4, 2022. The work done by the technician (Brandon K) was very good but the problem happened with the billing. I was quoted a price of $125 per hour plus materials while making the appointment. The technician was at my place for less than hour. He arrived at 3:30 PM and left a little before 4:30 PM. But he put the departure time as 5:00 PM and billed me $250 which is the cost of 2 hours in the invoice.

I didn't check while paying (my fault) but when I discovered this, I called their office about 5 minutes after the technician left. The person on the phone noted the details down. Today she called back to say the owner is only authorizing a refund of $62.50 (to meet halfway). I have refused to accept that as it is plain and simple cheating and will begin taking appropriate steps. This post is to warn anyone using Best Plumbing about its dishonest billing practices.

I just had my main bathroom remodeled by Best Plumbing. It's the second time I have used them. They make it a very easy process, and they are very flexible and accommodating. The demo and tiling was done by Mike and Miguel and the tile is perfect. I am very happy with the whole process and outcome

I used this company to remodel my shower. From the very beginning they came quickly, gave a thorough quote with no hidden fees. Everyone was professional, came when they said they were going to come. Miguel did an amazing job on my shower. It looks beautiful. They did not collect a dime till the job was done. I had zero issues and am well pleased. Highly recommend.

Repiped my whole entire house. All in all best plumbing is great. A few hiccups with the job. When receiving your estimate review very carefully before excepting the estimate. Would hire them again.

I am so grateful for this company. In less than 24 hours they came through for me after another company left me stranded. We received a notice from the city that we had a leak and needed to repair it in 72 hours. Evan showed up today and completed the job in 2.5 hours in the pouring rain! This company will be my new plumber in town if I am ever in need of services! Thank you! Update-I realized after that my irrigation was not functioning and I had a huge crack in the irrigation valve where the technician dug for repairs.

Once again, they came out immediately and fixed it. I appreciate that, but was then charged "half price for the damage" the technician caused. When I called and spoke to the owners about why we were charged at all for an error by the technician I was given an example like a cable wire from spectrum when they are digging they just don't know. I'm not satisfied with the answer and was disappointed to see that such a small fee was still incurred regardless. If I broke something at someone else's house I wouldn't charge them to fix it. I broke it. I should fix it. Changed my rating from 5 to 3 for this reason.

Charlie did an excellent job! Called them to replace a filter for my whole house water purifier. Company was recommended by Pelican Water System. Charlie was very thorough and figured out the issue we were having and fixed it very fast. I am very happy with the service I received as I have had this issue in the past and the plumbers in the past were not able to identify and fix the root cause.
