Total Comfort should hire, or train, HVAC technicians to actually educate themselves about what type of A/C systems they're going to work on before they arrive at the customer's home. It'll go along way in fostering confidence the technician knows what they're doing.

John Steele was our total comfort tech today! He was punctual, professional, and polite. He identified the problem with my circuit board quickly, and was very knowllegeable. There were a few other electrical issues around the house that he tended to, as well, that werent emergent or why he was even there! He went above and beyond and after my experience today, i would definitely recommend total comfort to friends and family. Thanks John!

Our HVAC system stopped working on Wednesday night. We called early Thursday morning to make a service request. That afternoon, a technician arrived and quickly identified the problem. While he couldn't make the repair, the part that is needed is expected to arrive tomorrow morning. We will be up and running in short order. Service: HVAC system repair
