Job well done! Impressive customer service! We just discovered that we had a leak under our kitchen sink. We had a difficult time trying to find the source of the leak. Tony not only arrived on time, he quickly found a crack in one of the plastic threaded fittings. He fixed it better than the orginal set up with parts on his truck. Tony was very courteous, personal, a great guy to talk to and very experienced in his craft. He also pointed out a possible future issue with the garbage disposal and to keep an eye on it. I recently used Redi-Rooter for a work related call. We had an underground water leak. I called Redi-Rooter in the morning and they had the leak dug, repaired, and pavement patched by the end of the day. Quality work, from a well established community business. I would recommend them to anyone.

Andy came out and fixed our plumbing issue in Tulare, CA. Our toilets, bathtub, and shower were all backed up. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and did a great job. Thank you soooo much! I had called another company prior but they didn't answer their phone or even have a voice recording letting me know I called the right place. So I called Redi-Rooter Plumbing next.

They answered right away and the lady was very nice and got Andy out to us that same day! We were very relieved to get it fixed. We have 5 kids and two adults living in our house. Thank you! A+

We had a sewer line plug up from the garbage disposal late in the evening. Called that evening and talked to a pleasant answering service. Got a call early in the morning to make arrangements. Andy was here at 8:30 and had it fixed in 45 minutes. Andy was very pleasant, knowledgeable and focused on the job. Plus the cost was lower than I expected.

I really appreciate the company making rearrangements in their schedule to accommodate us needing to leave the house by 11 AM. Highly recommended and they will get our repeat business.

Today, two days before Thanksgiving, as I am preparing to host 16 for dinner and houseguests to boot, my toilets won't flush and the showers don't drain. A sense of dread sets in. "What if I can't remedy this myself?", I think. Will any plumbers be available and how much will it cost? Alas, my own attempts to snake the line accomplished nothing and a professional was needed. Luckily, I had the good fortune of finding Redi Rooter-Visalia online (they were my first call given there established record of good reviews) and within minutes of calling I had an appointment set for an an hour later.

The very pleasant young lady who scheduled things for me called as she promised to let me know the plumber was on his way and she even went so far as to call my attention to the $10 coupon they have on their website (I really appreciated that). My doorbell rings a short-time later and there is Jim, to the rescue. Uniformed, polite, and eager to get to work.

After expertly assessing the problem he deployed a fix that had everything flowing smoothly again within 15 minutes and did so with a smile. I found the entire service experience exceptional. Furthermore, I was charged only the standard amount for a service call (less $10 from the coupon), both I and my wallet breathed a sigh of relief. Both the girls in reception we so nice! Was on the verge of crying when I called. Jim came out at 4:30 on a Friday before a three day holiday weekend and saved us! When we called at 3pm to make the appointment. So empresses and grateful for the very fair price and fast service. The receptionists were the reason we decided to go with them, and the 5 star google rating.

But Jim's professionalism an awesome job at explaining how the leak was happening and how they fixed it (to a young mom) is what will keep us going back to them for anything in the future! Highly recommend. 5 stars isn't enough.

I've used this company several times over the past few years. Most recently, I arranged for them to do a repair at my daughter's home. They are great. They are professional, skillful and honest. Their office staff is friendly too! I'll always give them my business. I feel really fortunate to have found them.

Get these guys! We had a backed yup main on thanksgiving morning. Jim was at hour house promptly and made short work of the issue. It was a construction issue and he handled the contractor communication. Jim was very honest with his work and completed his worth thoroughly and quickly. We only chose this company because of the Google reviews and we were not let down. Better service than i could ever expect.

I needed a plumber on Saturday night. Redi-rooter came out, and Jim did a fabulous job. I have used Redirect-Rooter for over 25 years. They always can be trusted to do an excellent job. Their plumbers are always courteous and professional. My only complaint is they need some kind of credit card machine. I am uncomfortable giving out my credit card information. Other than that, I would give them 5 stars all the way.
