Called them last week for an estimate on a simple yet profitable job and they keep pushing my estimate off for later dates and times so apparently they don't care too much to gain a customer or maintain a satisfied customer base. And I have actually done work for these folks years back when their son still worked for them. He asked if I could help him out a few times.
They probably don't remember me but if they treat potential customers this way (not keeping appointment times and no communication skills) then I think it would be a wise choice to go ahead have plumbers from out of town come out and give me the estimates and then research them myself to decide which one is going to do the best job for the $. I don't want to support a business that treats their customers as if they don't need them.
