Copper Repiping
Report
Repiping your home, apartment, commercial/industrial building or office using high quality type "L" copper piping can solve your plumbing problems once and for all. When old pipes become corroded or clogged, the best course of action is to replace them. If you don't, they could easily develop leaks that could cause serious damage to your home as well as your yard.

I had a problem with a leaky water supply pipe under the concrete slab. The house is over 40 years old. I came to the conclusion that doing a complete re-pipe through the attic was the best solution. Jim came out promptly and gave me a reasonable bid to re-pipe the whole house. We scheduled work to start at a mutually agreeable date. The crew showed up on time at 8am on a Tuesday and completely re-piped the inside of the house in 1 day (2.5 bathrooms, 1 wet bar, kitchen with fridge line, wet bar, 2 water heaters, laundry room, 4 hose bibs).

He also included a separate shut-off valve for the sprinkler system before the main shut-off valve to the house, so that the sprinklers can remain active if the house is shut off - something I asked for special. City Inspector approved their work on Wednesday while the crew finished the underground water line from the street to the house. On Thursday the patching crew was there at 8am and patched all walls, including matching, texture-coating, and 1 stucco opening on the outside.

The patch is professional grade. Now that it's dry, it's hard to tell where any openings were made. City inspector approved the underground pipe on Thursday. On Monday the City approved the final inspection. Type L copper with 1/4 turn shut-off valves throughout and foam insulation for the pipes to code. Underground pipe was wrapped in blue plastic to prolong the life of the pipe.

Excellent workmanship by a professional and work-focused crew. All Pro Copper Repipes is on my short-short list when it comes to re-piping. Thanks again to Jim, Josie, Rene and the rest of the crew!

All Pro Copper Repipes did a very good job with the repiping of my 40 year old two story house. I opted for Pex material due to the more economical price. Before I signed the contract, I asked Josie a host of questions regarding the logistics and she answered all of them. Prior to this, Jim gave an estimate of the scope and cost and ensured that they use the best materials (copper/Pex fittings) possible.

The crew of 5 guys (supervised by Rene) showed up on Saturday morning at 8 am (11/13/21) and completed the job in one day. I was extremely pleased with the greater water pressure from the fixtures versus the old system. They laid out an entirely new piping path. Their workmanship was great. On Monday 11/15/21, another group performed the drywall patching and it was promptly finished.

I highly recommend All Pro Copper Repipes. Overall, I was pleased with their craftsmanship, professionalism and pricing. Also, they don't require any initial deposit which I really liked. Thank you All Pro Copper Repipes!

All Pro referred to us by our community friend, he told us check them out, we glad we did called them! - we did entire house re-pipe done with them. 1. They visited the site, given proper estimate as per our need. 2. We are asked to sign contract and They did told us when work will being and close and if they can they will fix sooner than estimated time line. 3. what I liked is - no BS and no hype of work - we felt they are really good. 4.

As per contract they finished as agreed all work, city, myself inspected their work finish each day - I am impressed and happy. Last, they did't want money at start- as per contract pay after work done- that it self really positive. I hope this helps if your ready to hire for your work. They are reasonable as I compared with different 3 quotes- they are about 8-10 % less compare to others quote for same work.

We were referred by a good friend to All Pro and we are ever so grateful for this referral. All Pro did a repipe on our home in Anaheim and all I can say is Wow! Very efficient and clean workmanship. Our water pressure has been increased as well after the repipe. 5 Stars for Jim and All Pro Copper repipes. Thanks and we will refer you too.

I had my parents house repiped by All Pro. They were a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. The office staff is very helpful and willing to answer all of my questions. Rene and his crew do great above standard work. The patching crew did a flawless job in restoring the walls (where cuts had been made) to the original texture. My parents are very happy with the job and we will definitely recommend All Pro to our/their friends.

I'd be wary of being given a schedule date from this company. I received one appointed date for scheduled work but a week later was told that they could not do it, and that I had to find another company. Ten minutes later I received another phone call, informing me that they then could fit me in on another Saturday. Fine, I said, so I sent my check for the initial deposit.

Two weeks later it was returned in the mail. I called again and was told that, once again, they could not fit me in their schedule, and that I had to find another company. My guess is that they did not want to honor the wonderful estimate they provided me in the first place.

The plumbing in our concrete slab started to leak. What started off as a small wet spot in the carpet became a large soaked spot in 24 hours. Fortunately, our next door neighbor recently had his home repiped by All Pro Copper Repipes, a company he hired after getting bids from half a dozen repipe specialists. I called Jim, who was completely booked that day, but said he would evaluate our home first thing in the morning the next day. However, he managed to squeeze us in later on the same day I called, gave me a very reasonable quote, and we agreed to begin work the very next day. Shawn took it from there, sending me a proposal (for a fraction of what the plumber was going to charge) that same afternoon, and scheduling everything from the pulling of permits, the repiping job, the patch work, and all of the city inspections.

The next day, the team came out, and completed a full repiping of our 2-bathroom (single story) home in about 7 hours! They were very professional, taking care to lay out protective tarp on the floors and the furniture in the rooms (and adjacent rooms), to minimize the mess. They saved our home from what would have certainly been extensive water damage.

The team that did the patching were true artists, leaving our walls in flawless (and I mean flawless) condition. I should note that, before calling Jim, I had a plumber come to our home. The plumber said he would take 4-5 days to repipe our home, which was a deal breaker, given our growing leak. Plumbers, he explained, are not repiping specialists with a large team.

He said he could do an excellent job, but he only had one or two other people working with him. And then I received the estimate, which was way more than double what Jim quoted to me later that same day. Repiping a home is a very invasive job, and I cannot say enough about how pleased we are with the work that was done by All Pro Copper Repipes, and the respect both teams showed for our home throughout the process.

I own a condo in San Pedro that has pipes in the concrete slab floor. The pipes started to leak, I contacted All Pro Copper Repipe and had them replace all of the copper pipes including pipes to the garage and laundry area. They insulated all the hot water pipes. The unit now has more water pressure and the water is hotter. They patched all the holes and completed everything in one day. I highly recommend All Pro Copper A. Haidos

All Pro Copper Repipe just repiped our rental house in Corona, they did such a fantastic job that left us no option but to give them a 5 Star rating. My husband interviewed 6 repiping companies before hired All Pro Copper Repipe to do the job because of their price (the lowest) and the detail job descriptions listed. They finished the repiping job in one day professionally despite of the uncomfortable workplace due to the recent heat wave weather.

After City's inspection was passed (passed in one visit), they came back and finished the patching work in one day, again professionally. The A/C stopped working after the repiping, we doubted that it might be caused by their work, they agreed to take the responsibility if it's their fault. They patiently waited for the balance of the payment until our A/C guy checked and cleared that it has nothing to do with the repiping. All Pro Copper Repipe has earned our trust and we will definitely use their service again.

I am half way through my Re-pipe. I happen to be a tenant but I am an offsite manager for this property as well. Only 4 units so it should be a piece of cake to repipe. I've done repipes previously on buildings with 62 units that went smoother. This company has zero communication skills. They don't tell you when they are coming they merely show up.

They flooded my bedroom during the Re-piping and didn't say a word. When I returned late that evening, I called them to say I need this pulled back and dried. He said a little water spills when we repipe, I informed him it was soaked and would not dry without mold and/or smell. Finally, they came out and placed driers (5 huge machines)! we couldn't walk in our bathroom at all.

Our place is small and everything is all over the place as it is due to the re-pipe and they were literally throwing our personal belongings around. Let me say. The original letter said to remove everything from under your kitchen and bath sinks. They ended up throwing stuff out of cabinets, off of walls, out of linen cabinets, etc. We were told at 6 pm Monday night that water would be off for the entire next day Tuesday 8-6 pm.

Even though their letter stated they would give me 24 hour notice. As a property manager for 15 years, I would never tell people they are having water shut off all day and not give them proper notice (24 hours plus)! Today is inspection for the city day! No one has called, of course, so I called the company to find out when they are coming and she said oh the forehand didn't call?

They will be there between 9am -12 pm. Super convenient since I'm leaving for an appointment at 9:45 am and they have never asked me, the manager, for keys or access to units! I would not recommend this business to any professional ever. I know plenty of vendors and if the owner would have used one that I have worked with for 15 years we may have had a lot less headaches.

I had many complaints from other tenants as well. One had no hot water after the re pipe. They told me to flip the switch on the water heater. I said you're the plumber you come flip the switch. I have no idea that will solve anything and I don't know what switch you are referring to. They are getting paid $15,000 or whatever for the re pipe they need to ensure switches are flipped and everything is working. I'm extremely frustrated and hope I have no residual problems to deal with like some other people posting on this site.

If I was too write everything that went wrong with this company you wouldn't believe it. Bottom line is they will be nice and will offer you a good rate. But once you need them after work is done and paid for, in my experience, it's when they are ready and have scheduling available. Now that's all fine if it's something small and not important.

But when a customer in a complex springs a pinhole leak and has to have water shut off in an entire building, that holds multiple units. Or a tenant that has a water problem and can't shower. It needs attention immediately. I have called and been told " well our schedule is super booked, we can get there in a few days". Especially being that these jobs are part of warranty that just can't be. Closed on weekends?

And if we need warranty services during a weekend Incident? They have even sent crew members that speak zero English. Making it difficult to communicate needs. Worse communication I have ever seen. Only respond and contact you when convenient for them. Attitudes are present as well.

Just had my house re-piped and was very pleased with the service. Jim arrived when stated to give me my estimate and answered all of my questions and when I came up with further questions and requests after he left was quick to return my call and accommodate my needs. The crew showed up when stated on the day work began. Water was shut off about 9am and turned back on by 5pm as promised.

Furniture and rooms were covered with plastic to avoid getting dirty and when the day was done all debris was cleaned up and removed. The inspection occurred the following work day and the inspector had nothing but good things to say about the job done. We had one minor city specific item that had to be corrected. I notified Debbie and she had the correction done the same day. Patch work happened the following day. Looks Great. It was a job well done and I would recommend them to anyone who needs the same service done.

Would you ever hire someone to put in your drains flowing UPHILL? That is horrendous. Any plumber knows that. I had 20 tubs and drains installed and repiped in my Long Beach complex by Jim at All Pro Copper Repipes. Nice guy until things go bad. For years after All Pro replaced my pipes, the tub drain didn't work right until it finally rotted out from standing water.

I discovered the new drain was installed with a 1-1/2" uphill rise on a 10" run after it leaves the trap. That is gross! Granted it may have been difficult to do it right. It took major work to correct the problem. Lazy plumbers cut corners to do things fast. All Pro is fast too! Such a bonus! When I told Jim to fix the problem, he refused and threatened to sue if I posted this on YELP.

Not even an offer to inspect the problem? What kind of service is this? I can understand mistakes do happen. But, if I were reputable, I would want to see and correct bad workmanship so customers were served. My advice: Don't succumb to low prices as the real price will be apparent AFTER the job is done and you can't get service. Check for a contractor's license, and get warrantees in writing.

Those were my failures. I don't know yet how many more drains may have been butchered after being quietly sealed in the walls. I belong to the Apartment Owners Association, and this is an accurate blog.

Jim and the guys at All-Pro took on a huge project. repiping a 71 unit condo building that was built in the early 1920s. Yes! Nearly 100 years old! The job was extremely labor intensive as it's a concrete building and no one had attempted, previously, to even consider this project. The project started exactly on time. just when they said they would be there.

The crew, especially Rene, the project foreman, was there on the spot every single day. If his crew was in the building, Rene was in the building. Not only was he supervising his crew he was absolutely a "go to" guy to pleasantly and truthfully answer questions from the HOA people and also the residents. He's amazing. Jim was available to us as well to assure residents that we were in good hands.

The project started on time, the project ended on time, and the project was completed at the quoted price, even though, there were other factors that came up along the way. The HOA was required to retain the services of an independent inspector to be in the building every time the City was there for inspection. This was an additional cost of over $5,000 to our Association and this inspector had only great things to say about the workmanship, the materials, and the manner in which the job was done.

This job was a nightmare for everyone. imagine every single unit having to have kitchen walls and bathroom walls broken into to accomplish the repiping, but I would challenge anyone to have done the project better, faster, cheaper or with less mess than this crew. For the first time in about 35 years, the residents at our building can go to bed with the knowledge and confidence that we aren't going to be springing leaks, incurring costly repairs, and all the miserable inconveniences or by having the water to the entire building turned off on a regular basis.

Each stack of units has its own shut offs now; each kitchen and bathroom has its own shut offs now. We are in heaven. Again. the whole crew to a man was top notch. I would recommend anyone to give these guys a call. They're terrific!
