Hello, my sewage line plugged up twice in 7 days, so I called Drake Mechanical in both instances. The first time John Kitson arrived, and snaked out the line, which appeared to clear the obstructions. However a week later, the line backed up again, so I called Drake Plumbing again, and asked for Mr. Kitson to respond back. He snaked the line again, which cleared the line. The sewage line is only two years old, and was part of the reconstruction of the drain culvert by the Ada County highway district.

My drain line was routed beneath the concrete culvert that they installed, and I am afraid that the culvert is now settling on top of my sewage line. Therefore, I am going to have to have John with Drake Plumbing give me a bid to reroute the sewage line completely.

John did an amazing job.! He was so kind and patient and explained everything the whole way. Even when he was having complications unclogging the drain he continued to explain everything to me and made a stressful situation extremely fun and funny. We have had two occasions to use Drake Mechanical the first with Thomas and most recent with John, both caes the service was exceptional. We recently switched from two Canyon County companies and will never go back. If you it done right and on one visit call Drake. Services: Plumbing pipe repair, Toilet installation

I used Drake Mechanical today to replace an outside faucet that was leaking when turned on. I was given an estimate of $495 and not knowing what the new faucet costs, I approved the estimate. He was her for 20 minutes and I later found the exact faucet at Lowes for $49. that means that I was charged $450 for 20 minutes of work. Beware of this company!

Jordan and his partner went above and beyond to get us up and going. I had already attempted to unclog my sewer to the city side and was not successful. Jordan spent roughly 5 hours over 2 days in order to make my home habitable again. Jordan really knew his stuff and was a pleasure to chat with during our time huddled around the clean out. I know it's not cheap, but you're paying for a professional service that I have experienced to be top notch.

My furnace kept turning off and was blowing cold air. Curtis was able to take the time to diagnose the problem and come up with a solution. Since it was late in the day, he showed me how to restart the furnace to get me thru the night and then replaced one of the needed parts that was available. Then when the other replacement part came in, he came out to replace the additional part. Great work and service all around!
