Dominic and Jose were super friendly and did a great job with fixing our showers and toilets! Dominic also helped make the service process easier and laid out a plan for what theyd do and how long it may take, our shower was originally leaking and they were able to have it fixed and a new shower head and faucet installed within the afternoon! thank you so much for your service!!

I have used Henleys for several outdoor plumbing services. From initial phone call to completion of necessary work Henleys has consistently done a superior job. This last job was my main water pipe from the meter to the house. The service technicians Dom & Jose were courteous, professional, and always willing to answer my questions & concerns. I appreciate the care they took of my landscape when trenching and afterwards cleaning up the work area. You get what you pay for and Henleys delivered.

Had a great experience working with David and RJ. They helped us track down and fix a few leaks around the house and also installed new pressure regulators to get everything running properly. Communication was excellent from start to finish they explained what they were seeing, what needed to be done, and why. Henley's plumbing & Air did a great job on my sewer line problem. The techn. that really surprised me is Justin. He is a hard working from beginning to end. He is a man of his word. He did a great replacing my concrete and stucco on the finished work. They broke out the concrete from my laundry in my garage to the entry way by my front door, they installed all new sewer line and tied into new 4" main line that they also installed.

At the end of each day they clean up and everything nice for us. I highly recommend Henley's Plumbing, especially Justin he is a nice guy. He explains what he is going to do from beginning to end. Also shout out to Dominic, he is also a nice guy he helped out Justin with this project. It was a big project, but they made it seemed flawless. All the guys at Henley's Plumbing are very nice and polite. I just can't say enough about Justin, he came on his day off just to finish his finished work. That you guys!

Henely's plumbing and air SAVED THE DAY! It was 102 outside and my air would not get cold. Thankfully, their knowledgeable technician Alex was able to come out same day and fix my issue quickly. Our AC blows ice cold again. We now have the maintenance plan to make sure this doesn't happen again. 10/10 would recommend them!

Henley's is my go-to for all plumbing and HVAC service and repairs. I have had faucet installs, drain clearing, angle stop replacements, dishwasher installation, and plumbing leaks repaired. My burner kit went out on my GE water heater and my home had no hot water. I called several companies to come out over the holiday weekend to assist and no one was available. Once I came across Henley's, after reading their reviews I decided to call. Their customer service is excellent, the technician was extremely knowledgeable, consultative, and gave me a peace of mind. The technician came out to diagnose and then they were able to come back out within 24 hours to install a new water heater. They were efficient and the price was reasonable. I highly recommend this company.

I hired Henley's to replace the Air Ducts in my attic which were close to 30 years old. This is what happened: 1. I got several quotes from other services and Henley's was the lowest. 2. A Henley's Rep showed up to inspect the house and provided me a quote while explaining everything they would do. Very Professional. 3. They then scheduled a date a week later and showed up on time and completed the job in a few hours. Crew was polite, courteous and cleaned up after they were done. 4. Biggest surprise was how they used Email to provide and approve quotes. Made it real easy.

So grateful for their quick and attentive service! My water pressure regulator burst on me and we had no water in the home. Called several other companies but they couldn't promise to come out earlier than Tuesday or Wednesday! Not Acceptable! David with BHI Plumbing came to my house within an hour of my phone call. Despite the fact that it was an emergency, I didn't feel I was being gouged and the service fees were definitely reasonable (given the circumstances). Grateful for this company. We had a gas leak coming from our water heater. The gas company came out and explained we needed to replace parts on the water heater. Thankfully the parts arrived sooner than expected but, it is a Friday evening and my family and I are so grateful for BHI sending Dave to help install the parts needed to get the water heater working again. So many great things to say about BHI. When I called the office to request a quote, they answered the phone politely, were eager to help, detailed in their responses and did exactly what they said they would do. I received a text message and an email right away. I love attention to detail and clear communication. When Leo arrived to give me a quote, I received the same polite, detailed and clear information regarding my requests and he answered all the questions we had.

We went ahead with the quote and had the laundry room valves and refrigerator water valve replaced. He also recommended we replace our regulator as the water pressure was too high. I was able to conveniently pay for the work after it was complete and received the receipt and photos all via email. This was such an easy and stress-free process and I am thankful to Leo and the crew and greatly appreciate the experience. Plus, love that they are a local company as well. I will definitely give BHI a call again in the future.

Alex and Jeremy did an excellent job and were respectable in appearance and manner. A previous company took 10 days just to get back with me on a price and were 4 times the price BHI charged me and BHI were only a little over an hour from start to finish. The previous company made two trips and never even knew how to light the pilot light while putting me through a 10 day ordeal. Very pleased with BHI.

I have used BHI Plumbing several times in the past two years. They are one of the best plumbing services I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Their response times and professionalism is outstanding. Their pricing is going to be competitive with other companies. I am willing to pay the price, and in exchange I get a crew that is responsive, attentive, and fully capable of solving the problem I have.

You might be able to find a plumbing service that costs less, but you are probably not going to find one that can immediately respond to your problem and fix whatever you need fixed. Which for plumbing, that is usually something that you need right away. I highly recommend BHI plumbing.

So I called them for ventilation on the water heater guy came out fix it, call the gas company they say it's not fixed probably and can't light the water heater, so I called BHI explained to them they had someone out within 20 minutes and the guy was able to light the water heater explained better then the gas company sad. I had a lot of questions and Justin and Cody were very thorough in explaining the existing problems with old water heater and all the questions I had about a new water heater they were very thorough in their job Justin and Cody went the extra mile and went into the attic and on top of the roof to make sure the exhaust vent was all working correctly because we had a carbon dioxide issue with the old one very happy with these guys and I would recommend BHI Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning to anyone.

My sink and bathroom tube was leaking and BHI Plumbing responded quickly and came out to my house the very next day. Ben and Sergio arrived on time and were so polite and explained everything to me so I could understand what needed to be fixed and why. So GLAD I chose BHI Plumbing for the job today! I had 2 Plumbing technicians David and Martin come out to replace my Pop Up Assembly. They were able to diagnose my problem and carefully but quickly made the repair needed. If you want them to fix your a/c they will but you better watch out your working heater will no longer work. Came out to fix my a/c and my heater worked fine. They left and the a/c works but the heater doesn't anymore. Good job trying to get more service calls a. yeah. Use them if you like spending your money. Double check their work to make sure.

Cynthia was very friendly on the phone when discussing the issue of a problem with a leaky gas valve going into the fireplace. She sent Leo out within a couple of hours and he fixed it right away. I had a number of nuisance plumbing problems which needed repairing. I was able to get an appointment quickly. All the steps of the repairs were explained prior to starting and when the jobs were completed, the plumber showed photos of all the work done. I have never seen such thoroughness. Ever! I had a Leak under my kitchen sink and I went to my neighbor and asked him if he had any recommendations of a good plumber. He recommended BHI because they had reasonable prices and were very professional. Needless to say I went with his recommendation and I'm glad I did. We needed new ducting and a whole new AC and heater system upgrade and went with BHI. We had the best and greatest experience with these guys! Adam our contractor was awesome, very friendly and professional. Gave us a run down of what needed to be done, cost and was overall great. Edgar our technician and his installer Chris were just as awesome. Edgar did a beautiful job with our heater and AC. Contacted BHI for a quote on a possible leak - immediately got a response and had a technician scheduled the very next day. Justin & Dave showed up and from the get go were very professional and immediately diagnosed the problem and solution. Work was performed timely and they were both very knowledgeable, thoroughly explaining and walking me through every task they were conducting, even showing me the damaged parts. I live in the Verdemont area of San Bernardino & bought my two-story house brand new in 2006. Just in time for the heat wave the house air conditioning system went KAPUT! Googled the situation & found out air conditioning systems have a life expectancy of fifteen years or so. 2021-2006=fifteen years. Yep--time was up. Called BHI & they had my entire system up & going in a day's work. BHI finances, so if you pass the credit check you can afford to get your Air Conditioning fixed by BHI. Leo, the technician who came out to diagnose my air conditioning system, took amp readings of all electrical components before condemning the component.

As someone who has worked as an automotive electrician I know what that means; Leo explained all his readings as compared to factory specifications. I appreciated that. I've BTDT automotively, and it's a sign of real professionalism. It's been a couple of weeks now, and I couldn't be happier with the work that BHI has done.

Its so difficult to find good companies out there who are knowledgeable and fix the problems right away. Well, thankfully thats BHI. I found them when my hot water heater busted and ruined my garage and they helped me through that problem with the insurance company without a hitch. My last 2 issues were AC related and the are so responisive and accurate. Leo has been our tech the last 2 times and we are so happy to have resolved issues within hours of our calls which usually happen late at night. Had trouble with a shower faucet. Called BHI and several other companies but they were first to come. Leo showed up and was very honest and gave me some advice, rather than raking me over the coals.
