My tub/shower was leaking. Franklin Plumbing sent somebody out in a couple of hours. Mr. Pinckney showed up on time and proceeded to diagnose the problem. He showed me pictures of everything that he saw and explained In detail why he thought it was better to replace the entire faucet than to try to repair it. After the job was done, I was very happy that I went with his recommendation. He was very courteous the entire time he was at my house and very respectful of my property. Nobody likes spending money on Plumbing repairs, but if I need to do that, I would happily call Franklin Plumbing again. The person in the office setting up the appointment, I believe her name was Sonja, was very courteous and did a good job getting me help in a couple of hours. The plumber was friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Franklin Plumbing.

I called for a water heater outage at 0630 and got a call back from the company promptly saying that a tech would be coming by before lunch. Mr. Bessey called me when he was on the way and was there at 0930. He arrived on time, was extremely polite and respectful when he came in to my home and started his assessment and repair work. He was quick and proficient and was in and out in less than an hour, leaving his work site neater than when he found it. He even called a few hours later as a follow up to see if the issue has been resolved to my satisfaction. He was extremely professional and I will certainly recommend him and/or Franklin Plumbing for jobs with my neighbors. Thank you, Lawrence!

Franklin Plumbing is top dog in our book. We called for a leaking toilet valve from Fairfield County, and they were here within 40-45 minutes. That's pretty outstanding. Their rep, Elias, could not have been more informative, pleasant, or professional. We are so happy with their performance and pricing.

I called them to repair a leak under the kitchen sink. Two days later the leak was still there. I called again on a Sunday morning to tell them it wasnt fixed. Nobody called back for 2.5 hours. I called another company which came out and fixed the problem. The owner from Franklin pumbing called back and apologized and refunded my money. He even called again the next day to see if there was anythiing else they could do.They did a great job of making things right. Thank you. I would call them again as they take pride in addressing things.

Had water leaking from my ceiling and called this company to identify the problem. Dispatch had someone out right away. My technician JC was very nice and knowledgeable about my issue. He offered different scenarios and did not overcharge me for things I didn't need. I greatly appreciate his honesty and professionalism. I can't speak about the other technicians from this company but JC is great!! I would definitely recommend this company

Jantonio saves the day!! Our main waterline was damaged during another companys repair process, and had to be cut and rerouted due the age and condition of the pipe.
