Being new to the area and lacking recommendations for a good plumber, I reached out to a national franchise plumbing operation who came out to give me an estimate. The standard of service they provided was so egregiously bad that I decided I'd rather forego having a functional bathtub instead of giving them my business. After much Google sleuthing, South Side seemed my safest bet. From calling to set up the appointment to the actual day of service, every bit of interaction was professional and downright enjoyable. Mike showed up on time and he was pleasant to have in my home, which I really value since I work from home.
He diagnosed the problem right away and fixed it up without a hitch. The whole operation was quicker and more affordable than I had expected. I'm seriously pleased with all of it and will happily reach out to South Side again the next time something in my fixer-upper goes soupy.

This was our first time needing a plumber in our new home, and we had a wonderful experience. Both Bill and Mikey were the best! Bill was awesome over the phone walking me through some of the inner-workings of the copper piping in our home ahead of needing service, and Mikey was super flexible the day we needed service. He was quick, efficient, and kind while also taking the time to teach us a few things about our pipes. I cannot say enough good things about our experience. So happy to have them in the neighborhood!
