Critical: Professionalism Very poor telephone manners. I called with a business matter and the lady that answered was very short and rude and hung up on me twice. Not professional at all. I suggest they change the person who is the first contact with the public. She is not suited for that job.

I had a water leak from the inlet of my dishwasher. Rural Plumbing came out that day as requested. They were on time, professional, and got the job done right. They capped the line, because they didn't have the part to fix it, but came back a a later date with the part and did not charge for another service call. I would use them again and recommend to my neighbors.
