In our experience, the Pipe Guys were unprofessional and did not communicate well, and it ultimately cost us more money on our project. The PipeGuys started work on the agreed-upon date in our contract, but before a permit to do the work was on file, so the City charged an early start fee. It was the responsibility of The Pipe Guys to make sure. there is a permit on file before they started work. However, the Pipe Guys refused to take responsibility for starting work without a permit.
We tried to solve the issue internally but got some pretty rude feedback from the owner, which included bringing up non-issues and deliberate mischaracterizations of the matter to distract from the fact that.

Very professional and courteous! Very quick and did a good job cleaning up. I love that they did trench-less and didn't have to rip up my entire yard to fix my sewer! Highly recommend. There price also beat 2 other bids we got.

The worst service ever, I asked to get a bid and a video of my main sewer line. They claim they came out, I wasn't home and they claim they did a hydro jet and no video or follow up. No bid, and they billed me $800 as I agreed to pay for an entire service, mean hydro jet, to obtain a video- to obtain a good bid. But I got absolutely nothing and they never called me back. I got a nasty e-mail after I had a verbal disagreement, refusing to pay for services, out of nowhere an invoice three months later, I can not even confirm the services occurred.
The owner has a bad attitude, and really horrible time management. I finally got a quote and his prices are double of who I went with. The owner of Piper Guys quoted me $13,000. FYI I got it done for $6,000 and Safeco paid for it. so switch insurances and respond to this yelp I will hook you up with a good plumber. Better service and less money.

The Pipe Guys were able to come out and solve our sewer problem quickly and efficiently. Their local knowledge made it so they could diagnose and repair the problem with minimal damage without trenching and disturbing the alleyway.
