Jacob did a great job this morning. He was very informative, showed me all of the parts and explained exactly what he was doing to repair the shower. My husband and I do a lot of our own repairs, but we ran into some big problems that we couldn't fix and I found Mallick through an internet search. I am so, so glad that I did! Jacob came out and helped with repairs involving our radiator system. When things couldn't be completely resolved because he needed additional parts, he arranged to come back out with a boiler specialist to make sure everything was working well.
They happened to discover the drain pipe for the house was busted. What could have ended up being an awful mess and flooding of our basement was handled quickly and professionally. Jacob is remarkable and patient in taking the time to explain what is happening and options for moving forward in addition to teaching me how my plumbing and boiler was set up. He is thorough but efficient. I cannot speak highly enough of Mallick and Jacob in particular.

Customer service answered my call quickly. Christina was courteous and was able to adjust my next available appointment to have a plumber respond earlier than scheduled by a full day. Brandon, the plumber was professional, knew exactly what needed to be replaced, and had the required part available in his truck. Everything was done quickly, efficiently, and professionally. I would call Mallick Plumbing again if needed.

I had a great experience with Mallick! Conner and Bobby did an excellent job in my home! I had a leak from my bath/shower that required dry wall removal. They told me what they needed to do and kept me informed if anything changed. They also did a phenomenal job cleaning up after fixing the problem! I would highly recommend these plumbers! They know what they are doing and communicate respectfully and in a way that non-plumbers, like me, can understand. Thanks for a great job!
